Frequently Asked Questions

Please feel free to forward any questions to:

 01  What are your qualifications?
Our Founder, Luis G. Batista, has consulted over 600 companies from Start Ups to Enterprise organizations on how to do business with U.S. government agencies at the federal, state and local levels.  Institute of Supply Management certified C.P.M. (lifetime certification) and C.P.S.M.
He is also working for several Small Business Administration Resource Partners providing government contracting consulting in the College of Business for a Public Research University in Miami-Dade County, Florida, the 6th most populous County (out of 3,200), in the U.S.
02  How do you work with companies outside of the U.S.?

We will work with you to directly register and identify government opportunities as a Prime Contractor or identify Current Prime Contractors for Teaming & Subcontracting opportunities.  (See our Register your Foreign Entity plan)

Alternatively we will create an LLC under our Holding Company Consortium Network in any name you choose permitting you to then work under our umbrella.  (See our Establish an LLC in U.S. plan)

Of course you can always open up your own company here in the U.S., a process we will help you with should the need or desire arise.

03  What are my chances of success?

Your success will ultimately depend very much on you.  An important figure to remember is that the U.S. has a GDP of over 20 trillion (2019). We can and will show you the way according to best practices and decades of first hand experience.  What resources you dedicate to that path is as noted very much up to your company.

04  What Counties do you work in?

We work with governments, industry and educational intuitions primarily in Southeast Asia and Latin America.

 05  Why the IT Industry?

Information Technology is a universal product used by every entity including governments, industry and educational institutions.  Worldwide IT spending is projected to total $3.9 trillion in 2020, an increase of 3.4% from 2019, according to the latest forecast by Gartner, Inc. See Government Spend Market Research for details.

06  Do you work with other industries in addition to IT?

We would consider working with other industries in addition to IT.  This would be discussed on a case by case basis.
